Leading with values.

Grady Britton was overdue for a website redesign so we were challenged with how to present the agency digitally. Each stakeholder had different priorities and purpose for the website, which made user flow and hierarchy a high priority. After a deep dive, we agreed that we should lead with our values because it was the core of every decision we make. However, we still needed to elevate other parts of the agency’s story and serve it up in a seamless way. I designed a user experience that leverage a Reactive framework to tell Grady Britton’s story in an intuitive and cohesive way.

The new mobile-friendly website that we developed for WHA would allow users to search for general information, health topics, providers, and offices. Patients are provided contextualized information based on the stages of their life—from puberty to planning a family to menopause.
