  • We took a deep dive into the herb life by visiting the farm and research center. Understanding the herb cultivation and extraction process was crucial to our information hierarchy.

A competitive analysis showed us that Herb Pharm’s balance of thoroughly researched extraction methodology and hands-on agricultural practices really set them apart in the industry.

Hot Jar surveys and heatmaps gave us insight into user’s current browsing behavior and roadblocks. Additional guerilla user interviews at a variety of shops gave us insight into the herbal knowledge gap.

  • Bridge the herbal knowledge gap by providing educational content contextually with the product and feature hyper-relevant products based on the user’s IP data. Wrap it all up in a minimal, vibrant, and accessible package.

  • More time on page, lower bounce rate and a 650% increase in online sales. BOOM! ~ mic drop.

Honestly though, the previous e-commerce rate was very low and there were other coordinated digital marketing efforts as well.

WHA recognizes that womanhood means different things to different people. That each women’s journey is uniquely her own. They also recognize that nearly 80 percent of people search online for medical and health information. The new mobile-friendly website that we developed for WHA would allow users to search for general information, health topics, providers, and offices. Patients are provided contextualized information based on the stages of their life—from puberty to planning a family to menopause.
